Pool product diagnostics/repair technician
Job description
As a pool product diagnostics/repair technician, reporting to the Quality Manager, the incumbent will diagnose, repair and/or replace products, as well as collect data in the field.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers or end-users
- Diagnose, repair and/or replace faulty products
- Take measurements using certain tools and/or equipment
- Document communications, results and/or observations to the system, particularly in CRM
- Recover samples or products
- Complete claims (RMA) to the system
- Answering telephone calls and e-mails from internal and external customers
- Ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Spoken and written bilingualism (English-French)
- Good technical and manual skills
- Good ability to work with a computer system (ERP) and the Office suite
- Professionalism, resourcefulness and autonomy.
