Pool product diagnostics/repair technician

Job description

As a pool product diagnostics/repair technician, reporting to the Quality Manager, the incumbent will diagnose, repair and/or replace products, as well as collect data in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers or end-users
  • Diagnose, repair and/or replace faulty products
  • Take measurements using certain tools and/or equipment
  • Document communications, results and/or observations to the system, particularly in CRM
  • Recover samples or products
  • Complete claims (RMA) to the system
  • Answering telephone calls and e-mails from internal and external customers
  • Ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Spoken and written bilingualism (English-French)
  • Good technical and manual skills
  • Good ability to work with a computer system (ERP) and the Office suite
  • Professionalism, resourcefulness and autonomy.
