With a press park (mostly Engel and Nissei equipment) ranging from 40 to 1760T clamp, we perform a wide range of work, from molding parts weighing a fraction of a gram, to parts weighing up to 10 Kg, across the entire resin spectrum.
For the last years, we have proceeded to automate and roboticize our operations where ever possible. Three cells now operate with Fanuc 6-axis robots. Two cells focus on plastic-to-plastic "soft touch" overlay, while the third cell works on plastic-to-metal overlay and conventional molding supported by robotics.
