Robotics

Keeping pace with the ever-increasing expectations of our clients through top-of-the-line robotics technology, we ensure our manufacturing processes achieve maximum efficiency, precision and reliability.

Current installations now include eight robotic cells, including two FANUC
M-16i, advanced six-axis robots that consistently ensure:

   •  “Double-jointed”, 6-axis positioning flexibility
   •  0.08mm (0.003”) repeatability
   •  Axis speeds up to 450 ° per second
   •  16kg (35.2 lbs) payload capacity

This particular equipment provides outstanding flexibility when it comes to product and system process changeover. Absolute serial encoders eliminate the need for calibration at power-up, and a large work envelope allows for a wide range of high-speed manufacturing processes.

We presently exploit our robotics in multi-step overlay manufacturing, simultaneously increasing processing speeds and precision finishing for a variety of products. The rapid and exact fusion of two materials into a strong and totally ergonomic tool handle is just one example of our manufacturing capability.

Additional robotics are the Fanuc M-16iN 10L, the M-710i, the R2000iB 125L (with a reach of 3 meters!) and recently three Nachi SG160Rs.
